This series of patches provides the following fixes and improvements
in libspe2 related to "behavior flag" of mailbox facility:

  - Change representation of file descriptor's attribute table
  - Fix blocking in spe_in_mbox_write w/ SPE_MBOX_ANY_NONBLOCKING
  - Add behavior flag implementation to spe_out_intr_mbox_read
