This series of patches is adding support for a new board code named CAB, which
uses some other I/O devices from our previous designs. In particular, there
is an MPIC external interrupt controller on it and an ibm_emac compatible
ethernet controller, both of which causes a little headache.

These patches are not meant for integration, but rather as a starting point
for users of prototype hardware and for discussion here. Some of the patches
even break existing configurations and have to be done in completely
different ways.

Patches apply against 2.6.16-arnd2 and will be uploaded to 
kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/people/arnd/patches/2.6.16-arnd2-cab1
