[c-lightning] g-lightning, a Go driver for c-lightning plugins

hey c-lightning devs,

cdecker's been putting in some great work on the plugin subsystem for
writing 3rd party apps. I didn't want to let him have all the fun, so I
wrote up a Golang driver for c-lightning plugins.

If you're into Go and want to give it a shot, it's up on github at
https://github.com/niftynei/glightning

PR's, bug reports, feature requests, and new plugins totally welcome. It's
missing support for hooks, still waiting for them to hit master on
c-lightning. :)

Looking forward to see what cool plugin ideas people have.
