[c-lightning] Zeus ported to c-lightning with spark/sparko HTTP backends

In case anyone is interested, I've ported the Zeus app[0], originally for
lnd, to work with a Spark[1] or Sparko[2] backend.

For now I can't build it for iOS (I have no idea of how that works) and
there's nothing on Google Play or F-Droid. Just posted an apk on GitHub
releases[3] page.
