Now that I think about it I'm not sure how that would even work. I'm
basically looking to restrict commands based on the IP. I'm guessing
this would only make sense if we had a way to connect to the rpc over
TCP.

I'm going to look into the proxy idea for now unless there's a nicer
way to do it that I'm not thinking of.
