[Auugps] Changes to org.au eligibility

Hi Stephen et al,
auug.org (the Atlanta Unix User Group :) folded in 2015, maybe we could
ask them if we take over their domain? The homophone of auug and org was
always amusing to me.
The new alternative, auug.asn.au just doesn't have the same ring to it.
