[Auugps] Request relating to our AUUG trading name

CAV has a web page about cancelling or winding up associations incorporated
in Victoria.

http://www.consumer.vic.gov.au/clubs-and-not-for-profits/incorporated-associations/cancel-wind-up-or-amalgamate#voluntary-cancellation

If AUUG meets the requirements for voluntary cancellation (mainly assets <
$10k and no debts), then it looks like a former member could submit an
application to cancel incorporation. Apparently CAV would want outstanding
annual statements (and fees for them) submitted first, proof of
distribution of assets, and a few other things.

If CAV need to talk to a Victorian, maybe I could help with that.

PS: If AUUG was an active commercial organisation, it might want some money
from Joshua to release the name AUUG. But given the plan is to close AUUG,
there doesn't seem much point asking for money unless we don't have enough
funds to cover annual statement lodgement fees or other closure-related
expenses.
