Probably under the "a product the company sells" caluse.

That would not stop him registering AUUG as a business name (or
the DNS name auug.com.au for that matter).

I don't see any point in this - he is using auug.com ... anyone
looking for AUUG (i.e. us) would either know auug.org.au, or would use
Google ...
