I would suggest opening an Hardware ticket to IBM. There are multiple fixes for the <span>B1817212</span> in firmware - if the system can not be recovered via an AC power cycle then hardware replacement might be needed. Would suggest collecting logs and opening a PMH to IBM for review.</div>
