to contact their local authority (Trading Standards, Better Business
Bureau, Dept./Office of Fair Trading) and raise a complaint. I have
also contacted the BBC program "Watchdog" and would suggest people also
contact their various consumer media shows. This is a blatant case of
bait and switch.<br>
